The Housing Authority of Racine County (HARC) waiting lists for Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), and Project Based Vouchers (PBV’s) are closed. HARC will keep the waitlist open for homeless referrals from HARC’s partner agencies. On July 6, 2023, the waitlist will re-open for Mt. Pleasant Manor PBV for applicants who are 55 years of age and older and the waitlist will re-open for subsidized housing at Levi Barnes for applicants who are 62 years of age and older. Please see above to apply for a voucher at our Mt. Pleasant Manor or to apply for subsidized housing at Levi Barnes.
Income Limits
It is the applicant’s responsibility to keep the Housing Authority posted on your current address, email, and phone. Failure to do so may cause you to be removed from our Waiting List.
