Due to the high volume of calls and voicemails, phone calls and voicemails will not be returned. All inquiries regarding your waitlist application with Housing Authority of Racine County (HARC) must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
, or put in writing on a piece of paper and dropped off at our drop box located on the side of our building. Once we received your inquiry, please allow the waitlist staff 3-5 business days to respond to the inquiry. All inquiries should have contact information listed to receive a response from HARC.
Anyone on our waiting list can also check their position number by using the Applicant Portal on our website.
The Housing Authority of Racine County will use U.S. Postal Service to contact you by mail when your number is approaching the top of our Waiting List. If your address or other contact information changes, it is your responsibility to update the Housing Authority.
It is the applicant’s responsibility to keep the Housing Authority posted on your current address. Failure to do so may cause you to be removed from our Waiting List.
