We are excited to announce that we are moving from a “case management” format to a much more efficient “task-based” format. Over the next several months you will notice changes. You will no longer be discussing your voucher with just one caseworker. We will have multiple members of our staff fully trained to handle any program-related concerns. This means someone will always be available to assist you any time you need. This is more efficient for HARC, and for you!
We are also utilizing our online web portal on the portals page.
Our web portals are easy to use (instructions are provided right on the website), so it is easy to communicate with HARC staff and keep things moving quickly and efficiently.
