We have made major changes and restructured in 2024!
Each year, at the annual recert, clients will be assigned a Housing Specialist. That Housing Specialist will be the primary contact for a year, until the next annual recert. Then, for audit and quality control purposes, the client will generally be assigned to a new Housing Specialist for their next annual recert. However, we have implemented transparency systems that will enable any Housing Specialist to help you at any time during business hours. We have streamlined our processes to eliminate unnecessary delays and keep the workflow moving.
We encourage everyone to use our secure portals to securely send documents and communicate with HARC.
We are open by appointment only, during normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. We accept walk-ins on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 9:00am-Noon.
We have also made updates to our email and phone systems, so we hope you are noticing an improvement in phone/email response times.
